If the App allows user-generated content:

  • You own your content

  • You allow us to store/process it only for app functionality

  • You must not upload illegal or infringing content

5. Third-Party Services

Some Apps may use external services (ads, analytics, cloud).
You must follow their terms & policies.

6. Disclaimer

Apps are provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or error-free performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss

  • Device damage

  • Loss of profit or business

  • Problems caused by third-party services

If you experience issues, stop using the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any App if Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
